We are looking for someone to join our office team as a receptionist/administrative assistant. The normal hours will be 10-5 pm Monday-Friday. However, this will also be a "fill-in" position and will occasionally be asked to work 8 am - 5 pm so the ideal candidate will be flexible. There is room for growth for the right person.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
•    Outgoing, friendly personality and excellent phone etiquette
•    Professional appearance
•    Verifiable work history (with minimal "gaps" and long term employment in past positions)
•    3-5 professional references (preferably former employers/supervisors)

Duties Include (but are not limited to):
•    Answering phones
•    Greeting clients
•    Updating real estate listings
•    Mapping
•    Scheduling
•    Updating spreadsheets in Excel
•    Keeping the office tidy
•    Providing assistance to agents and admins as needed
