This week’s featured listing is located in a rapidly growing area west of I-49. A 10.09 acres corner lot can be hard to find in Northwest Arkansas and this property is directly across the street from the under construction Mount Hebron Park. The City of Rogers is looking to develop the west side of I-49 as each day more and more people are relocating to Northwest Arkansas. This property is ideal for development as it is within close proximity to residences, Rogers’ School systems, and to I-49 access. Learn more about the Mount Hebron Park project below.

Mount Hebron Park - Rogers, AR

In 2018, the City of Rogers approved a bond issue that included three major park projects. One of those projects included a 70-acre park at the northwest corner of Mt. Hebron Rd & Garrett Rd. This development takes place west of I-49, which is seeing a lot of interest as it is a central location to Cave Springs & Rogers. There are many new and planned residential developments as well as commercial. This park will be the first full-scale park on the west side of Rogers.
