The next local business in our spotlight is Crepes Paulette.
Crepes Paulette started out as a food truck on the Bentonville Square, but quickly grew into a brick and mortar serving fresh crepes with sweet and savory fillings. The owners, Paula Jo Chitty Henry and Frederic Henry, are committed to keeping packaging and food waste to a minimum, while also giving back to our Northwest Arkansas community whenever they can. From ham & cheese to nutella with strawberries, Crepes Paulette has any kind of crepe to suppress those cravings!
