Meet the Team Monday – Brennan Sharpe

Next up on Meet the Team Monday is Brennan Sharpe! Brennan joined the team in August of 2018. An Arkansas native, he is excited to use his knowledge of the area and connections he has made to better serve his clients. As a recent University of Arkansas graduate, Brennan is eager and ready to establish himself as one of Northwest Arkansas’ premier real estate agents.

What led you to join Steve Fineberg & Associates?

I have witnessed all the growth happening around Northwest Arkansas and I knew that I wanted to be a part of that. I want to be a reason for the advancements taking place and leave my mark on Northwest Arkansas.

What have you learned so far about being an agent?

“Don’t get too comfortable or complacent. There will always be challenges, but you have to continue putting in the effort to get results.”

You love to partake in social events that happen in Northwest Arkansas, what are some of your favorites and why?

Northwest Arkansas has so many great events. I enjoy Paint the Town Red because it is the most over the top event and many of my friends attend. In the summer, the Broyles Foundation hosts their Drive & Dine for Dementia event which is a golf tournament followed by a dinner. Two years ago my team won the golf tournament and were presented with Green jackets, similar to the ones at the Masters, on stage at the dinner. That is probably one of my favorite memories attending events.

What is your fondest memory growing up in NWA?

Growing up my family and friends would go to Beaver Lake every weekend. It was always a blast to be on the water and spend the entire day there. When I think back on Northwest Arkansas while I was growing up, I am amazed at how much it has grown itself. I remember when there was nothing around the Pinnacle area and the Walmart Amp events were hosted in the parking lot of the Northwest Arkansas mall. Now, attending concerts at the permanent location in Rogers is an entirely new experience!

Steve is full of wisdom and advice, what is something you have learned from him so far?

Don’t burn yourself out. There can always be calls made and research done, but make sure you are still enjoying the process.

Brennan loves a good pot luck. We’ve had a few themed potlucks at the office since he has started. Brennan, what would you like the next potluck theme to be?

Well, we’ve had Mexican food, tailgate food, chicken fingers, and Italian so I say we should have Asian food next!

When you’re not at the office what are you doing with your free time?

I love to golf. I have been golfing since I was 8 years old. I’m a member of Paradise Valley Country Club so now that the weather is nice, I am out there as much as possible. I also play in many charity scrambles because it’s a great for networking and it supports a great cause.

I also like to travel and I have many places that I want to go. A dream travel destination would be to play golf in Scotland or the UK.

Who inspires you to be better?

I would say my parents. They have always been extremely involved in the community and have helped me make many connections by bringing me to events.
