NWA Highlights: Pinnacle Hills Projects

 

Northwest Arkansas has seen a steady increase in growth and opportunity in recent years. One area that is experiencing extreme growth is the Pinnacle Hills area in Rogers, AR. Located between two Fortune 500 companies, Walmart and JB Hunt, the Pinnacle Hills area is bursting with entertainment, dining, and shopping options. The Walmart Amp and Pinnacle Hills Promenade shopping center are both located in this area making it a popular spot for NWA residents.

TopGolf-

The first, highly anticipated TopGolf location in Arkansas is finally under construction. It should be completed early 2020 and will bring more family fun options to Northwest Arkansas. It is located south of the Walmart Amp adding to entertainment district in Rogers, AR.

Pinnacle Heights-

Located south of the JB Hunt Tower on 13 acres of land, Pinnacle Heights will be home to 300 apartment units, a boutique hotel, and 30,000 SF of retail and restaurant space. This project is expected to be completed in 2021.

One Uptown-

Construction has begun on the One Uptown project with completion scheduled for Spring 2020. One Uptown will be located on the corner of South Champions Drive and W Pauline Whitaker Parkway. It will be a 64,000 SF building with retail and office space as well as two rooftop bars.

Pinnacle Village-

Located behind the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Pauline Whitaker Parkway, this 27-acre development will include townhomes, apartments, retail and restaurant space. There has also been talk about a hotel, dog park, pool, and other amenities being included in the project. Construction should start late 2019 or early 2020 and be built in phases over the next 10 years.

Uptown Square-

Uptown Square will be a mixed-use development on 13 acres between South Champions Drive and Pinnacle Hills Parkway. It will include 260 multi-family units, 20,000 SF of retail space, and 7,500 SF of office space. There has not been a clear indication of when this project should be completed.

New Developments- Restaurants

Along with entertainment additions, the Pinnacle Hills area will be getting more dining options as well! Some of the restaurants coming are Austin-based Torchy’s Tacos, Saltgrass Steakhouse, and Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar. These are just a few of the restaurants that have already started construction or have announced their new location. These will all be located near the Walmart Amp in the center of Pinnacle Hills. We can’t wait to see what else will be coming to Rogers!

 It’s exciting to see these projects under construction! These new additions will have a great impact on the entertainment options in Northwest Arkansas and will continue to generate a lot of interest for our area.
