NWA Highlights: TopGolf Breaks Ground

In 2018, the news broke that a TopGolf location was coming to Arkansas. After much anticipation, TopGolf has officially broken ground on the new construction! Centrally located in Northwest Arkansas, TopGolf will be calling the Pinnacle Hills area it’s new home. Neighboring the Walmart AMP and a number of restaurants, this location is going to be a top entertainment spot for NWA.

What is TopGolf? If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit a TopGolf location, you’re missing out! As best as we can describe, TopGolf is a modern driving range that features competitive games. The multi-level structure has bay areas where you and your family can practice your golf swing while adding some fun. The golf balls are micro-chipped to measure how far and how fast your ball traveled out onto the range. The open range has different sized targets stationed at various depths to make the games more challenging. To play a game or track your ball, the flat-screen TVs in each bay will keep score and show you a replay! To make your experience more enjoyable, TopGolf also has a full-service bar and grill creating a great atmosphere for parties and get-togethers.

Adding a TopGolf location to NWA is estimated to create around 300 jobs and host 250,000 guests each year. While TopGolf is a “fun” way for serious golfers to practice their swing, most of the guests are “non-golfers.” This great new addition will bring visitors from all over and create more buzz in Pinnacle Hills.

With the projected opening being sometime mid-2020, there is still time to brush up on your golf game before you challenge your friends at TopGolf! The many projects taking place around the Pinnacle Hills area has us excited for what’s to come in our community.
