Steve Fineberg President - Principal Broker

Steve is from Fort Smith, Arkansas and is a graduate from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Marketing and Managing. Steve brings extensive knowledge of commercial real estate to the Northwest Arkansas area. Steve brings a keen eye to all sales, determining needs and providing solutions to benefit both sides. Steve’s energetic and analytical approach to business is greatly reflected in the Steve Fineberg and Associates office. The environment at Steve Fineberg & Associates is unique in how it handles business, and cherishes and nurtures client relationships. Steve is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM.

Ida Fineberg Co-Owner - Executive Broker

Ida Fineberg-Co-Owner, Executive Broker brings extensive market knowledge and experience to the residential real estate market in Northwest Arkansas including listing, sales, and relocation. She holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. On a personal level, Ida strives to get to know her clients beyond their business, working towards learning their lifestyles and finding a home that best suits their families and dreams. Ida is bilingual, proficient in English and Spanish. Ida proudly serves on the foundation board of Open Avenues, the advisory board of Havenwood, and the corporate advisory board of ALPFA.

Brennan Sharpe Sales Agent

Brennan has been proud to call Fayetteville, Arkansas his home since 2000. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he earned a degree in Management with minors in Marketing and Information Systems. His previous experience working in retail sales has taught Brennan to always put the client first, and to not stop working until their needs are fulfilled. In his spare time, you can usually find him on the golf course, but he also enjoys getting out to the many events in our area to meet new faces and network further.

Elissa Sontag Agent & Property Manager

Elissa manages residential and commercial properties in the Northwest Arkansas. Elissa brings an organized, problem-solving-centered, personable approach to business, and always keeps her wicked sense of humor at her side. Elissa enjoys the great, family atmosphere of working at Steve Fineberg and Associates.

Caleb Carr Vice President

A Northwest Arkansas native, Caleb attended the University of Arkansas where he found a passion for all things technology. After a stint as a web designer, Caleb decided he wanted to work in a more team oriented environment leading him to Steve Fineberg & Associates. Caleb handles day-to-day operations and acts as a liaison between the admin staff and the sales agents to ensure strong efficiency and cohesiveness within the office.

Ashley Cox Sales Agent

Ashley Cox is a Northwest Arkansas native and has extensive knowledge of the area. He has experience in commercial, residential, and industrial construction as well as real estate sales & management. Ashley is excited to move into the commercial real estate industry as an agent and bring more business to the Northwest Arkansas area.

Jason Keeling Sales Agent

Jason has been a resident of Northwest Arkansas for over 30 years. He is a 1994 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and has worked his whole life in Sales and Customer Service. His extensive experience in client relations has allowed him to make many contacts in Northwest Arkansas, where he enjoys networking and spending time with his two daughters. Jason understands how to deliver results to clients and to always put their best interests first. In his spare time he loves watching  the Razorbacks and all sports in general. He feels very blessed to call NWA home and is passionate about the role the commercial real estate industry plays in the development of the community.

Caleb Carr Vice President

A Northwest Arkansas native, Caleb attended the University of Arkansas where he found a passion for all things technology. Kellie Carpenter Marketing Director

Kellie is from Waco, Tx and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.A. in Communications. She joined Steve Fineberg & Associates because of the growth opportunities and family-like atmosphere within the office. Kellie brings a positive, can-do attitude to the Fineberg team and is always eager to add to her skill set. As the Marketing Director, Kellie enjoys finding creative ways to get the Fineberg name & services out to Northwest Arkansas and beyond.

Cheyenne Hawes Transaction Coordinator

Cheyenne grew up in Northwest Arkansas and graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelors in Hospitality Administration. She joined Steve Fineberg and Associates to advance her knowledge of the real estate market around the Northwest Arkansas area. During her time off, she enjoys exploring the area and finding a new restaurant to try.
