The hospitality industry drives the economy in Eureka Springs and it will continue to grow with the addition of the new Pine Mountain development. In 2020, a father-son duo, Paul and Marshall Johnson, announced the redevelopment of the current Pine Mountain Village and Pine Mountain Jamboree at 2075 E Van Buren Avenue. In addition to the renovations of the current structures, an adjoining 40 acres will be utilized to accommodate the project’s extensive plans. Those plans include:
- Lyman’s Prime Steakhouse- A high-end steakhouse featuring Ozark Mountain Wagyu
- Rockin’ Pig Woodfire Kitchen- A farm-to-table, homestyle kitchen led by Chef Marshall Johnson
- Rockin’ Cafe- A quick, casual dining option with Italian wood-fired pizzas, homemade gelato, and espresso
- The Social House- a 200 person wedding and event center
The $10 million dollar development is scheduled to be completed in phases with the first phase, the Rockin’ Pig Woodfire Kitchen, being completed in mid-December. The rest of the phases should be rolled out through the spring of 2021. It will greatly impact the hospitality industry for Eureka Springs as well as add over 100 hospitality jobs.
