The construction in Uptown Rogers is steadily moving along. In 2019 and into 2020, many developments were announced, started, and completed. In our initial update, most of the projects were either just announced or in the first phases of construction. Fast forward to 2021 and the Uptown Rogers area has transformed!
Completed
One Uptown- One Uptown is a 61,400 SF mixed-use building with retail spaces, office space, and restaurants. One, 1st floor space has been leased by Heroes Coffee.
Northgate Plaza- Northgate plaza was completed in 2020 featuring 108,000 SF of office space as well as a 6 story parking deck. It is located east of Hunt Tower.
Under Construction
Pinnacle Heights- The first phase of this development is under construction with completion aiming for the third quarter of 2021. Phase 1 includes almost 300 apartments, 12 live-work units, 30,500 SF of retail space, a boutique hotel, and numerous restaurants. Some of the apartments have been completed are are currently available for lease.
Uptown Terrace- Uptown Terrace is another mixed-use development featuring 27,500 SF of retail & office spaces as well as 260 apartments. Currently under construction with no completion date released.
Hunt Plaza- A 5-story, 117,000 SF office building with a 6 story parking deck. Hunt Plaza is located in front of the Hunt Tower facing the Walmart Amp.
Pinnacle Village- Developers broke ground on what will be Pinnacle Village in December of 2020. The 27 acres will be developed into a mixed-use property with 400,000 SF of retail & office space as well as 400+ multifamily units. It is located behind the Walmart Neighborhood Market on S Pinnacle Hills Pkwy. It is expected to be developed over the next decade.
The District- Phases of the District have already been built and are in use including retail, restaurant, and office space. A new phase of the District is currently under construction and will feature residential, retail, and office spaces as well as a boutique hotel.
